SHIPPING POLICY

All The County Organics orders and products are shipped by Canada Post. Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 5 business days from receipt of payment. If there is issue with your shipment contact us. We are not liable for any damage(s), delay(s) and losses of products and/or that may arise from Canada Post’s shipping and handling of The County Organics products and orders. If your item(s) are damaged and/or lost by Canada Post you acknowledge that The County Organics shall not be held liable.

Actual shipping cost may vary from amount posted with listing depending on your total price/weight and delivery location. Contact us if you would like a shipping quote on a bulk order. We do not offer combined shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight and the number of items you order. The shipping charges are usually matching the base charges from the shipping service you select during the order process. By default we ship by Canada Post but options to have your order shipped by UPS and FedEx are available per request and with additional costs based on UPS and FedEx shipping rates. Should shipping costs be higher or lower than what is displayed on your order, we reserve the right to either charge you additional shipping fees if they're higher, or give you a credit if they are lower than what displayed on your order. The estimated shipping costs are displayed before you finalize your order.

We also offer bulk order shipping, per demand, and can provide you with shipping quote based on the current bulk shipping rates of Canada Post, UPS or FedEx. After order has been placed and processed we will automatically adjust your shipping total once the actual shipping cost has been determined and will charge your account. If you would like to know the exact shipping cost before order is shipped please let us know, otherwise, you will be charged the shipping estimated rate.

If your shipment is lost or damaged by the shipping company, we cannot be responsible.

Please note that UPS does not deliver to Postal Boxes, so if you only have a Postal Box, please use Canada Post. International customers are responsible for any and all taxes and duties upon delivery based on local government regulations.

DELIVERY TIMES

While we try our best to get orders out within 2 to 5 business days, large and custom orders can take up to 3 to 4 weeks to leave our building depending on the orders. Large volumes can take 4 to 6 weeks. During holiday seasons, September to December, expect 10 business days to process orders. Please note that orders submitted after 2:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time) may not be processed the same day. Custom or bulk size orders can take up to 30 days to process.
